About SINE Ministries

Mission

The mission of Sine Ministries is to support the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ by providing resources that are available for individuals and organizations that are committed to proclaiming the Gospel.

Our History

Sine Ministries was organized to support evangelism in Latin America. Alfonso Navarro of Mexico City developed an effective system for parish evangelism. Sine provided financial and other support to expand the program. This system is now being implemented in all but two countries in the western hemisphere. The program has also been translated into Russian and has been introduced in the country of Ukraine.

The original evangelism program has been edited and modified so it can be used by any confession that desires to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The international version of the program is called "Living in Jesus Christ".

In 2002, efforts began to produce the Story of the Messiah - an integrated story from the four Gospels. The audio version of the program was released in September 2005.

Sine Ministries will continue to provide resources that support the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Organization

Sine Ministries was registered as a charitable organization under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as of April 4, 1989.

Board of Directors

M. Lyman Bates - Secretary and Treasurer. Mr. Bates is a member of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, Menlo Park, California. He is a retired partner of the international accounting organization, Deloitte & Touche.

William Clauson, MD - Director. Dr. Clauson is a member of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, Menlo Park, California. He is a practicing physician specializing in anesthesiology.

Thomas Holt . - Director. Mr. Holt is a member of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. He is the CEO of Vort Publishers and Surwax (Internet search engine).

Scott W. Southard, MD - Director. Dr. Southard is a member of Sierra Community Church in South Lake Tahoe, California. He is a practicing physician specializing in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.

Mark Steel. - Director. Mr. Steele is a member of Faith Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is a partner in the firm ‘Latham, Wagner, Steele & Lehman’.
